Our Growth Director acts as a front door to Redscout. You are a driven, business-minded team player with excellent communication skills who can initiate and nurture relationships with prospective clients. The Growth Director leads our new business pipeline, acting as the primary point person internally and primary point of contact externally to prospective clients. You will be a steward of Redscout and the kind of work we do, supporting leadership in setting our team up for success in new business opportunities. As a senior voice of Redscout, you will lead our outbound strategy in order to bring relevant ideas, thought leadership, and offerings to market, in partnership with the CMO.
Success looks like becoming someone people want to talk to and work with. Organizationally, it means Redscout wins the work we believe in, experiments in new spaces, and builds our reputation as a leading edge consultancy both in our work and our culture.
Ideal backgrounds include new business leadership at a brand or design consultancy, senior account or client services roles where you were the one opening doors, or a hybrid strategy and growth role at a firm that does work similar to Redscout's. Experience on the client side a plus.
Reporting to the CMO, Growth Director is responsible for:
At Redscout, we work with clients to define the future of their businesses and brands. We love diving into new categories, exploring the edges of culture, and working on problems that give us a window
into how people think, work, and live. Scouts (that's what we call each other) have high standards for quality and a strong sense of community. We value learning, diverse experiences, original perspectives, personal growth, and mutual support. We're also entrepreneurial. You won’t always have the perfect template to work from, but you will always have a team to turn to for advice, help, and guidance as you create solutions together.
**All Scouts lead the charge for change.**
This collective responsibility to make Redscout a diverse, equitable and inclusive organization is essential to our well-being and success. We value the qualities that make our employees the individuals that they are, and always encourage Scouts to show up as their authentic selves.
Great work should shape and support you.
We believe that great work should leave a positive mark, so we’ve built a place to help Scouts grow as professionals and people. We ensure that as your career takes shape you have the resources required to thrive in all facets of your life.
