Overview

As a Client Services Manager, you are the project management lead, driving the teams internally to deliver Redscout quality work. You are a central hub for team, delivering successful projects and promoting cross-discipline collaboration across the agency.

Responsibilities

  • Serving as the central project hub
  • Adhering to the project plan and identifying scope creep
  • Clearly communicating upcoming milestones and deliverables to your team through a project life cycle.
  • Flagging potential roadblocks within your work stream(s) to project lead.
  • Coming to the table with proactive solutions to get ahead of problems before they arise.
  • Communicating with clients on a daily basis with confidence: 
  • Facilitating client meetings / status calls to ensure client expectations are constantly managed
  • Confidently representing Redscout scopes and project specifics to clients
  • Assisting in the development of proposals, project costings, and supporting the new business process when needed.
  • Having a strong understanding the client’s world and capable of applying this thinking to the work we do.
  • Having a strong understanding of Redscout’s offerings and capable of confidently speaking to our processes and work.
  • Identifying potential project extensions and organic opportunities to help grow new and existing relationships that you communicate to / with your project lead. 
  • Protecting the agency
  • Monitoring project budgets and spend
  • Managing sub-vendors engaged on project work
  • Updating Redscout systems (e.g., Notion, Maconomy, Mavenlink).

  • Excellent project management skills with strong attention to detail
  • Delivers against complex projects plans with multiple work streams
  • Excels at managing larger scale accounts
  • Proactively comes to the table with solutions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Builds and fosters client relationships
  • A trusted advisor to other Redscout Directors
  • Inspires Scouts and motivates them to be excited about the work and what’s next.
  • Fluent understanding of legal contracts
  • Go-to negotiator and a go-to for client procurement teams
  • Identifies resourcing gaps before they arise ○ Has a strong understanding of Redscout talent and capacity, and can manage freelance support on projects where needed.
  • Proven understanding of business operations
  • Team player and willing to collaborate across disciplines (strategy, design, growth, operations)
  • Open to receiving feedback and willing to absorb and adjust behaviors in order to learn and grow.
  • Confident providing feedback to peers.
